Machine Learning Engineer

We build production computer vision and ML systems for agriculture, waste, and industrial clients. You will own models end to end: data strategy, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. What you will do - Design and ship detection, segmentation, and classification pipelines at scale. - Partner with annotators and domain experts to improve datasets and labels. - Harden models for edge devices and cloud APIs (latency, cost, reliability). What we look for - 5+ years shipping ML in production; strong Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow. - Experience with CV pipelines, active learning, or human-in-the-loop workflows. - Clear communication and pragmatism when requirements change.
